Christmas returns update
As customers begin their Christmas shopping, from Monday 1 November until Thursday 22 December, we will be launching an extension to our returns and refunds policy. All cancellable goods purchased between Monday 1 November and Thursday 22 December 2016 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before Thursday 19 January 2017. For all items purchased on Friday 23 December 2016 or after, our 14 day returns policy applies.
14 day returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. Please contact our customer services team by email -email@example.com or 01993 880 939 to confirm an item you wish to return. Our customer services team will provide the information you need.
Please send the item back to:
10 Hanborough Business Park
Please write on the package in large black letters
RETURN followed by the last five digits of your order number (shown on your delivery note)
i.e. RETURN 12345
Please ensure that you include a copy of your delivery note. If the item was supplied as advertised then we will refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of delivering the product to you along with a small administration fee for some items.
If you would like to exchange your item we will charge you postage to send your alternative. If you chose UK Saver Delivery then you will be required to pay the Standard Delivery postage costs to send the alternative (£5.00 Mainland UK, please refer to delivery charges for any other country.)
Please note we cannot refund any items that have not been received by our returns department. Similarly we cannot refund any items that do not reach us in the same condition as they were sent out. For this reason you may want to consider using a courier or registered post to return items to us.
Many items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some items, for example larger wall maps, are shipped via courier. If your product does arrive by courier please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier or alternatively please sign for the item as damaged. Please contact us to let us know if any item, whether delivered by the Royal Mail or Courier, is damaged within 24 hours of taking delivery. If taking delivery on a Saturday, please note our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In this instance please either email us over the weekend or call us on Monday. Please note: to check the actual map for damage you will need to remove it from the package. Unfortunately occasionally damage occurs to the map when the packaging looks in good condition. If you'd like to know how your product will be shipped then just call us on 01993 880939.
If you have ordered an incorrect product by mistake and you would like to return it for an exchange or a refund, you may do so within 14 days.
Please note, if exchanging the product, you will need to pay for the return of the goods and the cost to re-deliver a new order. If you are returning the goods for a refund, you will need to pay for the return of the goods and you will be refunded less the standard delivery charge (£5.00 Mainland UK, please refer to delivery charges for any other country.)
If the item you have ordered has been incorrectly packed please contact us and we will arrange to collect the goods from you and we will re-supply the goods as soon as we have received back the incorrectly packed order.
Returns Policy for Digital Supplies
Once orders have been received and delivery electronically, we cannot offer a refund.
Any items that have been personalised to your own specification or centred on an area of your choice (i.e. personalised wall maps or postcode sector maps) cannot be returned unfortunately. Please ensure that you are entirely happy with what you are purchasing and that the customisation of the map ordered is correct. We will print your text exactly as it is written and cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings and grammatical errors.
